Description We are offering a long term contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Paralegal based in Mesquite, Texas. This role is positioned within the personal injury industry, where you will be tasked with various responsibilities related to case management, document handling, and client communication. Responsibilities: • Preparing and editing legal briefings as per case requirements. • Handling Calendar Management tasks to schedule meetings, deadlines, and appointments. • Administering client claims and ensuring they are handled promptly and effectively. • Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and court officials. • Utilizing fluency in Spanish to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and understand case materials in Spanish. Requirements • 2+ years of personal injury experience. • Exceptional skills in Briefing for clear and concise communication of legal matters. • Excellent Calendar Management skills to ensure no appointments or deadlines are missed. • Experience in Claim Administration, with the ability to manage and process legal claims effectively. • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and legal professionals. • Proficiency in Spanish Language, both written and spoken, for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
