What will you do?

Does cutting edge Electrical Products excite you? Are you passionate about Project coordination? 

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects focused on the manufacturing of Low Voltage Electrical products for the Siemens Electrical Products business. This is a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with engineers, suppliers and customers to deliver a satisfactory experience for our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

Process and manage a substantial volume of small to medium orders on SAP (ERP system) Apply and manage requested technical customer changes with the help of engineering, if needed Communicate products’ leadtimes and overall delivery schedules to the customers. Create and manage purchase orders for products not manufactured at the local plant. Process RMAs (Return merchandise authorizations) as needed. Deal with day-to-day issues on projects related to sales, manufacturing, shipping and/or invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction  

What will you need to succeed?

Degree/Diploma in the electrical field or work experience within the electrical field, an asset Minimum 1-2 + years experience working with Project coordination with multiple small or medium sized project/orders Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities is mandatory Experience with electrical products, especially low voltage: Switchboard, panel boards, transformers, starters is a good asset You must possess strong collaboration skills, adaptability, customer centricity and the willingness to take ownership. Strong organization skill Strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint SAP or similar ERP system experience an asset Fluent in both English and French spoken and written as the role support the province of Quebec and Canada.
