We are looking for a Project & Solutions Proposal Consultant to join our Group.  You’ll be the mastermind behind process automation project proposals. You’re at the intersection of innovation and strategy, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with select global, national and regional strategic accounts, including instrumentation, engineered solutions, and value-added professional services. From inception to execution, you’ll guide clients through the Project Acquisition Life Cycle, ensuring seamless transitions and impactful results.

Which tasks will you perform?  

 

Work closely with the Strategic Sales and Regional Sales teams to understand customer’s goals, objectives and business needs and develop proposals to address those needs.   Follows One Business Process Management processes steps as outlined in (Signavio) Company Process Management Tool and ensures all appropriate procedures are followed in accordance with One BPM Processes and ISO 9001 guidelines.  Follows Business Process Management process to successfully meet Global PI’s as well as Functional KPI’s for Project Acquisition Cycle  Manage Acquisition Life Cycle of Customer and Project Opportunities using the C360 Customer Relationship System (Salesforce)   Manage and coordinate proposal development activities for assigned projects and strategic customers.   Ensure the customer’s needs and expectations are met by the Company.   Fielding of all customer inquiries received.   Ensure Purchase Order Review and Quote Accuracy prior to handover to Project Execution Team for Order Processing.    Supporting Customers throughout the Project Acquisition Life Cycle, including Technical Selection, Application of E+H products & offerings. Supply of required supporting, documents, Technical/Commercial Clarifications, Terms and conditions review and negotiation, Proposal Revisions and Timeline Management.  Work closely with other processes such as Application Support, Projects, Service, Logistics or Marketing to fully satisfy the customers’ needs.   Any other duties as assigned.   

 

What do we expect from you?  

 

Post-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation, electronics, or engineering   Minimum 5 years of Inside Sales and/or Strategic Account Support within the instrumentation field   Intermediate computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word    Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Strong organizational skills    Bilingual English and French
