We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist who will translate Spanish to English for employees and applicants, manage front door interactions, and handle various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Responsibilities
+ Translate Spanish to English for employees and applicants
+ Answer the front door, interacting with employees, solicitors, contractors, and visitors, and addressing their questions or issues
+ Retrieve and document voice mails throughout the day, distributing them to the appropriate individuals
+ Perform filing tasks
+ Order food for special events
+ Process incoming and outgoing mail (distribute, stamp, arrange pickups, overnights, etc.)
+ Scan and save documents to the server
+ Handle accounts payable checks, including matching invoices, receivers, and purchase orders, coding, batching invoices, printing checks, and separating checks for mail or pickup
+ Enter and print purchase orders
+ Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
+ Customer service experience
+ Microsoft Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, entering codes)
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Critical thinking ability
+ Superior attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to follow directions
+ Understanding of filing systems (alphabetical, names, etc.)
+ Basic computer skills
+ Confidentiality
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
+ Good attendance and punctuality

+ Experience with front desk operations
+ Experience in filing and mail sorting
+ Answering phones
+ Experience in Excel data entry

Work Environment
This position is onsite at a concrete manufacturing plant with nice offices up front. The team consists of three employees, and the dress code is business casual. There is a lot of interaction with employees and applicants. The company culture is great, with paid lunch every Thursday, and there is potential for contract extension or permanent hire with advancement opportunities into accounting or other administrative roles.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
