Responsible for data entry, record keeping, coordination and communication on a variety of administrative duties for assigned area. Monitors and maintains attendance tracking systems. Records and reports measures of performance set by management. Observes compliance of all rules and policies maintained by the company (safety, continuous improvement, leadership, core values). Essential Functions Greet & Direct Visitors Collect and Distrubute packages Order and stock office supplies Assist with any Administrative tasks Competencies Technical Capacity. Ethical Conduct. Communication Proficiency. Results Driven. Supervisory Responsibility Administration - Tracks and reports measures of performance set by management. Maintains and communicates statistics on daily production. Manages group attendance/days off calendar for assigned area. Generates and follows-up on attendance corrective actions with management. Submits attendance corrective actions to human resources. Tracks and follows-up with management when employees are due written performance evaluations. Ensures evaluations are submitted to human resources. Complete and submit organizational paperwork. Clerical - Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Communicates with management, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and take instructions. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules. Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; Travel Local travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Administration, 1+ years Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Other Duties The Administrative Assistant may have access to confidential information regarding LCI, its suppliers and customers. This position has a responsibility to prevent revealing or divulging any such information unless it is necessary to do so in the performance of their duties.
