Direct Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Greet and assist walk-in applicants and answer incoming callsConduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the application processSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records in the systemAssist with onboarding, paperwork, and background checksProvide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and job seekersSupport recruiters with sourcing and outreach effortsPerform general office duties, including data entry and document managementBilingual Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environmentPrior recruiting, HR, or administrative experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for helping peopleApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
