Job Description & Summary

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Bilingual SAP Program Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell (as part of a team) potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collectionCollaborating with teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation Leading the delivery of business led technology enabled transformation programs, using agile design, development and implementation methodologiesDefining, monitoring and delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding the business goals and the client's statement of workDeveloping work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on time deliveryIdentifying and managing project dependencies, resources, risks and critical pathProviding leads with guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and schedulingManaging all aspects of project budgets and change requestsContributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching. Managing third party and offshore resources.Leading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting of proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firms SAP and BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) methodologies

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

Proven years of experience in large-scale complex IT project management, business transformations, and systems implementation. At least five full life cycles of SAP project management experienceProven track record of successfully delivering SAP application solutions with at least two end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementation project on premise and Cloud editionDemonstrated experience leading team and providing thought leadership in Delivery ExcellenceStrong communication skills, delivering project vision and status to all stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiencesThe successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
