Role OverviewAs a Service Sales & Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving service revenue in the Canadian market for both the Diagnostics and Breast & Skeletal Health divisions. You will be responsible for generating new service opportunities, managing warranty conversions, driving contract renewals, and ensuring competitive conversions to meet quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Service Sales
Drive sustainable growth and exceed top-line revenue targets. Develop and implement market strategies across all portfolios by leveraging market insights to identify growth opportunities. Build and nurture strong, transparent relationships with customers. Foster collaboration across divisions and teams to maximize revenue opportunities. Work professionally with cross-regional stakeholders, including teams in EMEA and the US.2. Service Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage service opportunities effectively. Provide management with insights into sales probabilities, emerging opportunities, market challenges, and competitive data. Create and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue and profitability goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement new service offerings. Offer innovative, strategic feedback to enhance service revenue growth.3. Service Contract Activation
Close Salesforce opportunities and activate customer contracts. Manage billing schedules and ensure timely execution.4. Service Operations
Monitor and report key metrics, including monthly and quarterly service revenue and contract close rates. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Knowledge Strong understanding of service sales principles, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines and opportunities. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical diagnostics is a plus Skills Language Proficiency: Bilingual in French and English. Commercial Acumen: Strong business and strategic planning capabilities. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems, data tracking, and reporting tools. Behavior Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Proactive: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service. Experience Sales Performance: 2+ years of relevant experience in top sales performance or equivalent roles with demonstrated success in sustainable revenue growth. Travel: Willingness to travel 20-30% for customer meetings, conferences, and internal team engagements. Education Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
