Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the shipping department supporting the dock team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

Create incoming load packets or outbound pick tickets that instruct the dock receivers or loaders. Coordinate with Production on the Estimated Time of Completion of orders for scheduling appointments. Receive completed receiving or loading documents and verify reported quantities and items against the system. Create a Bill of Lading for the driver's signature and send completed shipping reports to customers. Provide customer service via phone and email, resolve issues, and maintain the working order of systems such as ERP and appointment systems.

What's Needed?

Computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with multi-line phone systems. Strong mathematical skills. Prior repack clerk experience preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
