Location: Newark, New Jersey

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire Bilingual Spanish Call center openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
2 years of experience in a customer service role
Experience in a call center environment
Bilingual English and Spanish a MUST
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

Desired Background/Skills:

HS diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a call center environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Other Information:

Shift Details:
Candidate must have open availability for the following shifts

5:15am – 2pm , 9am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm
