At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Customer Service Representative supporting customer engagement center activities, you will utilize your root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to manage inbound calls.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Answering incoming phone calls on behalf of client; providing accurate and appropriate information to callersPlacing outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by clientCompleting call guides; gathering and verifying required informationAttending telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of serviceAdhering to established customer service and documentation standards within required time framesAdhering to contact center scheduling, ensuring telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently

High school diploma or G.E.D.

One or more years of customer service or other telephone experienceDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsTexas residency living within a reasonable driving distance (approximately 60 miles) of our El Paso, TX facilityAbility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite provided internet service will not qualify) via a wired connectionAbility and willingness to work from home via a quiet work environment free from distractions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1 or more years of Call center experienceMedical experience and/or medical claims knowledge Demostrated experience utilitzing a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, InContact, or NICE

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Hours are Monday – Friday, 6:45 am – 3:15 pm MST100% remote

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.09 - $20.41. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
