Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Worksite Representative in the insurance industry, located in Chicago, Illinois. The chosen candidate will be the initial point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries while providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Provide support to policyholders by offering detailed insurance product information • Handle specific call types and fulfill requests according to departmental procedures • Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues • Respond to inquiries regarding claim service and intake related issues • Provide updates on policy statuses to policyholders • Exhibit and practice the organization's common purposes and shared traits • Participate in the training and mentoring of Entry Level Representatives • Forward calls to the sales team to increase revenue • Handle claim intake for policyholders • Maintain the standards of the department related to quality, average handle time, and other key performance indicators • Work in various shifts within the specified timeframe • Collaborate with leadership to understand organizational objectives, support process improvements, and provide feedback. Requirements • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages • Demonstrable experience in Customer Service • Strong Communication skills • Sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry • Ability to conduct Training sessions • Understanding of company Procedures and Policies • Familiarity with Planning Processes • Commitment to Quality service delivery • Prior experience in the Insurance sector • Supervising skills with the ability to lead a team • Knowledge of the 'About Time' software • Proven Leadership Skills • Understanding of Hiring Processes • Ability to Troubleshoot issues • Knowledge of Revenue Accounting • Experience with Claim Administration • Familiarity with industry Practices • Excellent Time Management skills • Ability to Execute tasks efficiently • Proven Collaboration skills • Experience with KPI Reporting • Understanding of Process Improvement strategies • Strong Interpersonal Skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
