*The schedule is Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM and requires travel around Staten Island for in-home appointments with our members. We are looking for candidates who live in Staten Island.

High school diploma or GEDBilingual in English and one or more language(s): Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese highly preferredExperience using health information systems to document or retrieve informationProficient computer skills experience, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to travel around downstate New York which includes the 5 boroughs, Long Island, Orange County, and WestchesterPreferred Qualifications:
In alignment with our hyper local mission, it is highly preferred that the incumbent resides within a commutable distance to their assigned field locationAbility to commute by car/vehiclePrior experience in a field-based health care role (home visits a plus)Work experience as an Interpreter/Translator or in a bilingual customer service role in the field and/or in a call-centerExperience with geriatric or other frail populations, including their caregivers, or in a health care officeFamiliar with areas of NYC, Long Island, and/or lower WestchesterA valid NYS driver's license or IDHiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $47,403 - $62,400
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $41,101 - $60,320
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
