Responsibilities: 

\n \n \n

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. 

\n \n

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in both Spanish and English. 

\n \n \n

Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff and clients efficiently. 

\n \n \n

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment. 

\n \n \n

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. 

\n \n \n

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages. 

\n \n \n

Provide support to team members and management as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency. 

\n \n \n

Emptying the Dropbox daily managing the contents 

\n \n \n

Verifying their Medicaid case number utilizing the Medicaid system 

\n \n \n

Managing wait list 

\n \n \n

Scheduling appointments (by managing calendars in outlook) 

\n \n \n

Cleaning and restocking front area 

\n \n \n

Clearing voicemails and drop box (scan docs from drop box), messaging HBC’s by using teams 

\n \n

Updating customer sign in sheet  

\n \n \n

Scanning all collected documents and Medicaid applications  

\n \n \n

And other clerical duties as needed.   

\n \n \n

Requirements 

\n \n \n

Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

\n \n \n

Proven experience in a receptionist or similar front office role.  

\n \n \n

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

\n \n \n

Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems. 

\n \n \n

Familiarity with common office software, including. FEPS, Connexion(CXN), Outlook, Teams 

\n \n \n

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

\n

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. 

\n \n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The pay for this role is $19.00 per hour.
