Description We are in search of a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist to join our criminal law firm's team in the legal industry, based in Phoenix, Arizona near the Biltmore. As a Bilingual Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will involve answering a multi-line phone system, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining precise customer records. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is an in-office role and prior law firm experience is preferred. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries • Deliver superior customer service at all times • Accurately process data entry tasks • Handle email correspondence with professionalism and promptness • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks • Maintain an organized filing system • Schedule appointments as necessary • Apply interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members • Leverage past legal experience to understand and execute job responsibilities effectively.
