With almost 1000 employees across 45 locations in 11 states, All Roads is searching for a Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist to work onsite and help expand our team in Baltimore, MD! In this fast-paced environment, you will carry out responsibilities to include HRIS system experience, performance management, policy implementation, and family medical leave administration. Experience in UKG helpful.Effectively handle employee relations.Experience with HRIS systems including development and deployment of new platform programs and functions.Performs positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.Administers family medical leave.Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.Other duties as needed.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
