SUMMARY 

We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’d serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of the recruiting process and will begin learning the fundamentals of recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Associate will touch all parts of the hiring process from requisition qualification to hiring the candidate. This role is a blend of administrative (70%) and traditional recruiting duties (30%). You will be responsible to recruit for high volume positions, provide training, guidance and support to hiring managers and human resources staff at all locations. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. In this role, you’d use a strong customer orientation through interactions with applicants, vendors, and internal partners at all levels of the organization.
