Job DescriptionTeam Managers in this role get to:
▪ Assist, support, and coach sales personnel in performing daily sales activities
▪ Identifying individual and team training needs. Create, develop, and implement sales strategies.
▪ Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies if needed.
▪ Evaluate employees’ performance after each training | Follow through with training.
▪ Conduct huddles and upskilling sessions.
▪ Analyze trends and provide insights to sales manager about observations from audits and coaching .
▪ Partner with Training in certifications required for upcoming trainings.
QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
A Bachelor’s degree holder or Associate Degree.At least 1 to 2 years experience as a Team Managers in a contact center industry.At least 2 years experience in supporting a technical sales account in a contact center setting.Experience and knowledge in sales with sales as the main KPI (Revenue per Call).Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.Must be able to speak, write and read Mandarin and Cantonese fluently.
