Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts / Rhode Island is looking for a Foster Care Homefinder / Recruiter. This position is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes. You will also assist in clinical components of foster care placement, and provide follow up with therapeutic foster homes.
**$1,000 Sign on Bonus**
**Base pay starting at $20.46, up to $24.32 with higher education/experience in the field.**
**3 Days Paid Orientation Training**
**Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5 with occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.**

**Qualifications**
**Requirements:**
+ Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
+ BA or BS in Human Services related field **required**
+ Bi-lingual English/Spanish **preferred**
+ At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families **preferred**
+ Virtual Gateway knowledge **preferred**
+ You must be able to attend a **New Hire Orientation in Rutland, Monday to Wednesday, 8am - 4pm**
