Pay Rate: $30 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire Bilingual Training Specialist (Spanish/English) for a 6 months contract (Possibility of extension & conversion) in Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid - 1 day/week with flexibility)

Responsibilities:
o            Deliver training materials to stakeholders
o            Facilitate Q&A sessions and create bilingual materials in Spanish
o            Respond to system knowledge inquiries
o            Update and create training materials
o            Conduct demos and train stakeholders
o            Develop eLearning content using Articulate Storyline
o            Draft communications and maintain attendance records
o            Conduct evaluations for improvement

Must have Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish (fluent/professional proficiency) 5+ years of corporate training experience 3-5+ years of end-to-end training process experience Experience training on technological solutions Experience with Camtasia, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Articulate Storyline Nice-to-Have Skills: Certification in Adult Education Project management knowledge Change management experience Online delivery and global implementation experience Storyboard development for eLearning programs
