Bill to Cash Ops Mgr I
Manager, Bill to Cash is responsible for providing operational support, subject matter mastery, business/country specific process expertise, and business unit focus in one or more parts of the core Bill to Cash (B2C) business processes of Credit, Collections, Deductions, Returns and Disputes for Bayer s US healthcare businesses.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Bill to Cash Ops Manager I, are to:
Serve as in country point person and first level troubleshooting/issue resolution for 3rd party vendors on process escalations;Serve as liaison between Bayer India/Accenture, other 3rd party platforms, and various BU partners. Acts on and resolves issues as needed, quickly and efficiently, while identifying and resolving root causes;Build analytical reporting/dashboards to enhance business decision making, monitoring, and forecasting capabilities;Lead initiatives to build reporting on DSO, Collections, Order holds, Disputes and other core metrics to meet BU and Bayer O2C/B2C objectives;Analyze data sets and support O2C operations, Senior Manager Credit Risk and B2C, and Director of Finance NA;Manage new product/service rollouts with BU Senior Leaders to anticipate and provide proactive solutions for possible credit and B2C issues, ensuring business success and customer satisfaction;Collaboratively work with the Director of Finance NA, Senior Manager Credit Management and B2C team to drive operational process support across B2C areas to attain cost, quality, process efficiency, accuracy, control and cycle time goals;Build monthly reporting for BU partners and identify and build efficiencies in O2C platform;Provide subject matter expertise in Bayer s US Healthcare B2C Operations and ensure compliance with ICS guidelines, global and US Credit and Commercial Policies;Work closely with the Senior Manager Credit Risk and B2C to drive compliance and resolve audit topics;Single point of Contact (SPOC)/ Expert knowledge to:Drive team projects collaboratively with internal stakeholders, US O2C business teams, Commercial operations, Global, Bayer India/Accenture and Advantage:Lead and manage Local and Global major functional and cross functional business initiatives for cost reductions, cash flow improvements, operational platform enhancements; i.e., CORE, Cashworks, Payment Term Harmonization, SAP S4HanaDrive Analytical and reporting enhancements to drive efficiencies and work cross collaboratively with Center Of Excellence and Data Analytics team.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree; Demonstrated success working in cross functional teams to get business results;Must demonstrate proficiency in and have specific knowledge and experience with US healthcare industry/ major customers;Must demonstrate proficiency and have specific knowledge and experience in financial and operational analysis, with at least one prior successful assignment as a financial, cost or business Finance managerial role or similar role;Must demonstrate proficiency in internal control systems and processes, business analysis, process improvement and core transactional tools and concepts;Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world class results across a complex network of partners, providers and stakeholders;Demonstrated aptitude and experience successfully reporting and summarizing business results and successfully communicating simply and effectively with managers, colleagues and external customers/partners on topics of direct import to the business bottom line;Demonstrated ability to identify and follow through on process improvement opportunities that grow personal skills and improve efficiency and help grow org. capability;Advanced capability in core transactional systems and tools such as SAP, FSCM and MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
