Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for the role of a Biller/Medical Biller based in BOHEMIA, New York. The individual will be instrumental in managing and updating billing systems, with a focus on medical billing. This role is essential in our healthcare industry, playing a crucial role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring accurate billing functions. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage and update bills as necessary • Leverage your knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes • Utilize billing systems such as Epic, Athena, MBiller • Leverage experience with a CRM for effective customer relationship management • Apply strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data • Handle authorizations and other related tasks • Ensure seamless billing functions • Manage accounts receivable (AR) effectively using Epaces • Use AWS Athena and athenahealth for various billing functions • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all billing related tasks.
