MA-613 / $35,734 - $70,117 annually
MA-614 / $38,230 - $75,026 annually
MA-615 / $40,914 - $80,267 annually

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Serves directly under the Billeting Manager. Plans, directs ,and participates in boards and organizing housing assignments. Serves as Liaison to external organizations and groups regarding the reservation of facilities at the Gillis Long Conference Center. Increases revenue for GWLC Conference Center through solicitation and reservation of internal and external groups. Negotiates contracts with outside agencies ensuring compliance with Louisiana Military Department procedures and regulations. Responsible for receiving and approving all housing related documents prepared by assigned administrative personnel. Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Accounting Programs, Payables, Receivable, and Payroll. Marketing capabilities.
GENERAL: Must have a valid Driver’s License, Social Security Card and Birth Certificate. Must qualify to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) Card. Periodic travel may be required. Must be available to report to duty during emergency or disaster situations. Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with agency personnel, peers, superiors, subordinates and the public.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must meet physical requirements to perform functions of the position. Must attend/complete all LMD annual training and other training required for the position. Must adhere to the Code of Ethics and foster a Sexual Harassment-Free Environment.
