Description We are in search of a Billing Analyst to join our team. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The Billing Analyst will fall under the accounting department and provide comprehensive support to Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Section Leads throughout the lifecycle of a project. Responsibilities: • Facilitate internal communication and provide overall project management support. • Manage interactions with vendors and subcontractors, and handle issues related to billings and payment requisitions. • Perform data analysis and generate project management reports. • Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly billing schedules to all Project Managers and department heads. • Supervise the invoicing of clients, ensure accurate accumulation of costs for invoicing, and manage project payables and timesheet postings. • Assist in Accounts Receivables & Collections, maintain positive relationships with client counterparts, and facilitate the collection of receivables. • Manage contract administration and participate in project set up and close out in accordance with contract specifications. • Support Accounts Payables by providing sub consultant invoices for billing to the project managers for proper approval. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Billing Analyst or in a related role • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Practical knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Billing Functions • Ability to conduct Financial Analysis • Skills in Data Analysis Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
