Job Description

Role Summary:

The billing Analyst will be reporting to Billing Team Leader, help to achieve quality, accuracy, and delivery of billing operation on time process in accordance to the defined Service level agreements/Measurements. Billing analyst will support the global process initiative to improve and automate the billing process, it includes system enhancement and process improvement. The main accountability includes ensuring compliance with Group procedures; and legal and statutory requirement.

 

What You'll Do:

Perform end-to-end AR process: specialized in billing process especially on customer invoicing either manual or automatePerform reconciliation and procession of invoice(s) into Oracle and Reflect following the contracts/usage/billing request/SOPrepare customer aging report and other AR related reportsDeal with interface billing reconciliations, balance sheet through P&L reconciliationPerform and support month end close activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement in process effectivenessProvide input for ongoing development and improvement on systems and operation processTroubleshoot issues and identify by communicate potential risks if any and follow it through till resolution customer billing process, issues or inquiriesComply with accounting principles, business standards and SLAsProvide support/assistance to Team Lead in all the project migrations, divestment and other global Projects

Qualifications

More About You:

Ideally to have at least a Bachelor's degree, Professional degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent(basic accounting knowledge is required in this role)We are looking for graduates with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written as the role will involved in supporting APAC/global countriesBasic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and practices
