Shape financial planning strategy

As a Billing Analyst you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring invoice tracking reports for all North America billing, ensuring all electronic invoices are successfully transmittedCreating credit memos and concessions to resolve customer issuesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirementsWorking with internal and external customers to ensure timely collections

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a High School Diploma or GED2+years experience in accounting or finance (preferred)Display attention to detail, having good IT Skills including experience of SAPDemonstrate knowledge/ experience of working in a Billing/Accounting environmentDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present to a range of audiencesHave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence othersHave the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environmentHave an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
