Billing and Vendor Exchange Specialist

location: Katowice

      

 

   Job Description:

Handling sales and purchase agreements for gas and electricity – processing agreements, managing the supplier change process, configuring contracts in billing systems, preparing settlements Aggregating and processing measurement data provided by the Distribution System Operator (DSO) (gas and electricity) Settling and invoicing the sale of electricity, gas, and derivative products Preparing summaries, reports, and statements for internal and external company needs (mainly in the area of sales data) Preparing data for internal and external reports and statements Improving and optimizing existing operational processes

 

 

Candidate Profile:

Proficiency in MS Office (advanced MS Excel, including VBA) Knowledge of Power BI Basic knowledge of SQL Analytical thinking skills Understanding of the functioning and legal regulations of the Polish electricity market Very good work organization Responsibility, accuracy, meticulousness Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team Communication skills English language proficiency at least B1 Higher education, preferably in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, business analytics, economic analysis, financial analysis, IT

Preferred:

Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
