Billing Assistant (79395-1)
Responsibilities:

· Create invoices by reviewing all related documents for multiple locations

· Organize/Filing all digitalized/paper documents/data in server

· Responsible to respond all customers’ inquiries and request

· Assist with reconciling monthly statement

· Assist with month-end close as needed

Requirements:

·

· No work experience needed but detail oriented, well organized and high degree of initiative

· Analytical mind, good communication skills.

· Excel and Outlook experience preferred

Quick Books Enterprise experience is plus

Training will be provided on site
