Billing Associate
Our client, is seeking a Billing Associate to join their team. As a Billing Associate, you will be part of the finance department supporting various client accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Production** **Billing Associate** **Location: Omaha, NE** **Pay Rate: $19/hr.** **Job Type: 3-4 month Contract to Hire based on performance** **Schedule: Hybrid, M-F 8:30am-5pm** **What's the Job?** + Responsible for creating billing drafts and agency fee drafts, ensuring compliance with client guidelines. + Open jobs, prepare estimates, and manage various billing processes including write-offs and internal charges. + Analyze work in progress (WIP) and coordinate resolutions for any discrepancies. + Review expense vouchers and vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriateness. + Assist with miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by management. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. + Minimum of two years of related accounting or billing experience. + Intermediate knowledge of basic accounting principles including G/L, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Strong organizational skills and ability to interface well with other internal departments. **What's in it for me?** + Paid weekly with direct deposit + Health Benefits & 401k + PowerYou (continued professional trainings!) + Dedicated recruiter and resource team + Opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company that is growing fast!
