Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Billing Clerk to be a part of our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Billing Clerk will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling customer service phone work, ensuring accurate data entry and billing processes, and maintaining an organized record of customer transactions. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer billing information • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing-related issues • Keep precise records of customer billing and account information • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Ensure smooth data entry processes and maintain the integrity of customer records • Deliver quality customer service over the phone • Maintain a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, ensuring all tasks are completed within the specified working hours This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Applicant must have proven experience in a billing role or similar. • Strong knowledge of billing procedures is essential. • Demonstrable experience with data entry is required. • The candidate should have a good understanding of office software, particularly spreadsheet programs. • Familiarity with accounting software programs is an advantage. • The ability to handle numerical data with precision is necessary. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are needed. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial. • High school diploma in finance or relevant field is a plus.
