Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Billing Clerk to be a part of our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Billing Clerk will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling customer service phone work, ensuring accurate data entry and billing processes, and maintaining an organized record of customer transactions. This position is 100% on-site Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer billing information • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing-related issues • Keep precise records of customer billing and account information • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Ensure smooth data entry processes and maintain the integrity of customer records • Deliver quality customer service over the phone • Adapting to a regular 40hr work week and schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:45 pm, inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break. Requirements • Proficient in billing procedures and systems • Strong data entry skills - Typing minimum of 45 wpm • Experience in accounts receivable • Knowledge of general accounting principles • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Familiarity with billing software and online payment platforms • Ability to handle confidential information • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance, accounting or related field is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
