This role is newly created due to growth, and is a full-time permanent role with excellent benefits and work life balance. Responsibilities: + Process weekly billing. + Interpret and apply service agreements to maintain accurate billing. + Work with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) for invoicing and customer management. + Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting and communication. + Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies through research and problem-solving. Qualifications: + Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Experience: 1+ years in billing. + Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. + Technology: Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
