Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Midland, Texas. As part of our team, you will be primarily focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes, which includes invoicing, tracking payments, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Accurately creating daily field tickets using NetSuite and Google Sheets • Generating and dispatching invoices for goods and services provided to customers • Consistently monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of bills • Setting credit terms and policies tailored to customer needs • Handling the collection process to ensure timely payment from customers • Addressing any disagreements or issues that arise with customers regarding billing • Communicating regularly with customers about their payment status and sending reminders as necessary • Keeping a precise record of invoices and payments • Utilizing various accounting software systems to facilitate billing processes • Responding to inbound customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Billing Clerk role or similar • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Solid understanding of basic Accounting Functions • Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls with professionalism • Proven experience in Billing processes and procedures • Familiarity with Billing software is necessary • Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus • Experience with Open Invoice management is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
