Description Contract to Hire: We are on the lookout for a skilled Billing Clerk to be a part of our dynamic team, operating within the industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202, United States. As a Billing Clerk, your role will encompass the efficient administration of customer credit applications, meticulous maintenance of customer records, and effective resolution of customer inquiries. A key part of your role will also involve the monitoring and management of customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: • Efficiently administer customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems • Maintain precise and updated records of customer credit • Effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating exceptional Customer Service • Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring adherence to the Collection Processes • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data management and reporting • Execute Billing Functions accurately and in a timely manner • Handle Claim Administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Use IBM AS/400 for various administrative tasks • Work with the ADP - Financial Services system for financial tasks • Ensure all Accounting Functions are executed correctly and within deadlines Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is highly desirable • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel • Competence in Microsoft Office Suites is essential • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary • Demonstrable experience in Billing Functions • Familiarity with Claim Administration processes • Knowledge of Collection Processes is required • Must possess strong Customer Service skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
