Highly regarded international law firm based in St Pauls is looking for a new Billing Coordinator to join the London office on a permanent basis to support both the London Corporate and Commercial practice groups.
2-3 days office and 3-2 at remote – dependent on busy times
Circa £45,000 DOE on offer plus fantastic benefits

Reporting into the London based Revenue Manager, working in a team of 2, the Billing Coordinator will be responsible for;
Matter management including WIP management, liaising with Partners regarding WIP, bill processing and WIP write-offs in line with firm policy Ensuring the compliance of all bills issued with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and VAT Regulations Liaising with the team regarding any client-to-office transfers required to settle outstanding bills Ensuring that matters are set up correctly Carrying out time and cost transfers when requested Resolving any issues that occur during the billing process to avoid significant delays Working with the Finance & Revenue Managers to achieve specific billing targets set by management
Billing Coordinator requirements;
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ current experience working within a billing and revenue focused role, preferably in an international law firm using Elite 3E Strong written, communication and organisation skills
