Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customers are sent invoices in the appropriate format and for providing any necessary support. The Billing Coordinator will work with clients and other internal contacts to answer questions, ensuring they understand their invoices and pay them in a timely manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze quotes and contracts in order to properly review new/existing subscription orders and subscription amendments in our billing system for the monthly billing cycle, verifying documentation for pricing and required approvalsReview various billing system reports to identify billing discrepancies. Make corrections as appropriate to ensure accurate billing following established proceduresEngage and interact with Small Market level customers and provide concise, professional customer-centric responsesPerform research in Salesforce.com and NetSuite to collect copies of invoices, quotes, and master agreements to provide to clientsSend invoices to customers by email or submit to customer payment portalsResearch and resolve customer billing issues, determining appropriate adjustments with proper documentationPerform customer account reconciliationsWork overlapping hours with the US-based team, including a portion of the workday during US operating hours (typically 9AM to 5PM EST), to ensure effective communication and timely support of US-based clientsOther duties as assigned

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Experience analyzing quotes and understanding unique billing requirements preferredStrong professional and customer-centric communicationAble to troubleshoot problems within scope, and proactively apply billing practices to problem solving; analytical skills requiredAbility to work independently, prioritize work independently, meet timelines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a high rate of changeMust have attention to detail with an eye for accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a plus
