Billing Manager
Job Description: The Billing Manager will be responsible for Managing the AR & billing team and activities. Managing billing processes: Overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, including ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time. Making sure all customer billing questions are answered in a timely manner. This is a mid-level position, hybrid two days in office, located in the Headquarters office (Rockville, MD).  Local candidates only. Essential Functions: + Managing billing processes: Overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, including ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time   + Working with other departments: Interfacing with accounts receivable, credit and collections, and client purchasing departments  + Auditing billing records: Auditing billing records for accuracy  + Hiring and training staff: Hiring, training, and supervising billing staff  + Monitoring changes: Monitoring, responding to, and communicating changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates  + Maintaining provider enrollments: Maintaining provider enrollments with payers  + Providing customer service: Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including customers and colleagues  + Assisting with posting Journal entries + Assist with month end close reconciliations on a need basis. Required Skills/Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent + 5-10 years’ experience + Experience with NetSuite + Other Requirements such as: + Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines + Self-starter + Professional appearance and demeanor + Self-confidence and respect for other people + Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook Preferred Skills/Experience: + Experience with SuiteBilling + Other preferred areas such as certifications or other attributes: + Experience in a fast-paced, environment + Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands + Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $106,800.   The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.
