Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Billing Operations Analyst to remotely support or enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Jose, CA. Overview: The Professional Services Billing Operations Analyst reports to the Director of Professional Services Operations and is responsible for supporting and managing several administrative, reporting & accounting tasks within the Global Services/Customer Success organization. In this role, you will have the responsibility of being a back-up to the more senior operations analysts, as it pertains to the services team, with a focus on newly created processes and needs. The ideal candidate will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, have basic accounting knowledge and able to move quickly while keeping focus on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision. Duties: * Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects * Identify business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives * Create project plans for information technology development and testing * Translate requirements into new information technology project specifications
