Billing Operations Analyst

Skills and Requirements 5+ years in a role (or roles) focused on TWO or more of the following: operational processes, billing, accounting, order management, data entry/management/hygiene, business operations Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process. Basic knowledge/understanding of MS office or G-suite, specifically Excel/Sheets. Must know how to format and work with system reports that are exported to Excel/Sheets. Experience utilizing Salesforce (FinancialForce PSA platform a plus). Experience "owning" process(s), consistently analyzing those processes against ever changing business needs and suggesting/spearheading updates to said processes. Excellent organization and time management skills.
