We are seeking a Billing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Jackson, MS. In this role you will process subcontractor material purchase order requests and invoices for payment, process new job requests and daily timecards as well as manage ad-hoc reporting and tracking.

Processes subcontractor material purchase order requestsProcesses subcontractor material invoices for paymentProcesses new job requestsProcesses daily timecardsManages ad-hoc reporting and trackingPrepares weekly invoice status tracking and reporting, as well as weekly job updating from client portal to internal systemMaintains and organizes project filesPrepares project invoices to include any special client billing requirements and meets all client billing deadlines; reviewing as-built map quantities to billing requestsFollows up on client billing issues until payment is issuedCommunicates with Clients, Executive management, Project Managers and subcontractors as neededMaintains the accuracy and integrity of project information and data contained in the project database, regularly updating the databases making modifications to ensure the information captured at the project level is accurate, completes and meets contract requirementsReconciles billing inconsistencies or issues as necessary in order to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances; enters any require change orders into system and processes credit memosOther duties as assigned Requirements Previous telecommunications experience requiredBasic understanding of a telecom as-built construction mapsBasic understanding of job costing, AP, AR, and timecardsStrong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quicklyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and ability to learn new software efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to be flexible and adjust to changesAbility to champion a positive environment with a can-do attitudeAbility to work in office, or at a home officeProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerValid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, free from suspensions or revocationsPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer
