As part of our Billing Operations team, you will manage daily and monthly billing activities, resolve incidents related to billing processes, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with internal teams and auditors, manage billing support, and help streamline operations to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Billing Process Management: Oversee and execute daily and monthly billing activities, including monitoring the SAP system for errors, checking for missing prices, identifying unusual volumes, and generating final billing documents, ensuring accurate and harmonized month-end processes.Support and Incident Resolution: Provide support to internal customers by resolving incidents related to the billing process, collaborating with tech teams as necessary, and managing service requests, re-rating processes, pricing issues, and IATA-related errors.Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, providing necessary data and evidence related to the billing process and responding to any queries or concerns during the audit process.Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to enhance internal billing solutions and streamline billing operations, working closely with teams to implement changes and optimize processes.Internal Customer Communication: Keep internal customers informed with timely updates on the progress and resolution of incidents, ensuring effective communication and support within the Billing Operations scope.What we're seeking:
Experience in an enterprise business application support roleProficiency in SAP SD/MM and SAP S/4 Hana, or possess similar domain experienceHands on billing solutions knowledge would be advantageousAbility to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the businessWhat do we offer?
