Interpret financial terms and conditions of Federal Govt. Contracts. Set up rates in accounting/billing
systems. Ensure accuracy of rates and timeliness of invoice submission. Frequent interaction with
internal Sales, Contracts, and Accounts Receivable organization in support of Federal Customer Base.
Assist in trouble shooting billing and receivable issues. Demonstrate strict adherence to
internal/external compliance and SOX guidelines.
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Experience with Federal Govt billing.
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret Federal Govt Contracts.
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Federal electronic invoicing portals (i.e. WAWF, IPP, OB10)
• Knowledge of the FAR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative work environment.
• Strong Excel skills and accounting experience a plus
