The Billing Team plays a key role in Ecolab’s customer satisfaction and contribute to cash flow performance by ensuring that invoices are issued timely and correctly and invoice related complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

The team is supporting all the European customers and the sales team of the company.

What you’ll do:

Investigate and resolve invoice complaints in close collaboration with Collection TeamsEnsure quick action and turnaround timeSupport our salespeople with ad-hoc manual invoicesUpload invoices on different customer web invoicing portalsAct as a single point of contact for internal stakeholdersWork together with other teams within the Global Business Services (master data, order & deal management, finance)
