Description We are offering an opportunity for a Billing Specialist to join our team located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. As part of our team, you will be in charge of managing customer billing processes such as issuing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues. This role is particularly suited for individuals who have billing experience in the trades, construction or within the service industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and send out invoices and account statements in a timely manner. • Keep track of all billing activities and maintain rigorous and up-to-date records. • Address and resolve any billing discrepancies by communicating effectively with clients. • Collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy of billing data. • Contribute to monthly closing activities and generate reports on billing activities. • Abide by all state and federal regulations related to billing. • Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients regarding billing issues. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data. • Perform Computerized Billing and manage Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
