Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a strong Billing Specialist to join their team to assist with billing for HVAC Construction Projects. Skills and Requirements Must be comfortable with commuting to San Leandro for an on-site role 2+ years of experience of direct billing and invoicing Experience with Progress Billing, Contract Billing, Lump Sum, or Time and Material Billing Strong Excel experience creating Look-Ups and Pivot Tables Experience billing within a Construction, HVAC, or Plumbing industry is highly preferred or Medical Billing Experience working directly with field techs, project managers or sales teams to review and confirm billing information if from a manufacturing or construction background Experience creating and reviewing PO's and Invoices Experience with any accounting software ex: Great plains, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Billing for Construction, HVAC, or Plumbing Industry null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
