The role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to assist in invoice preparation and review, audits, onboarding new clients, and reconciliations. What you'll do: + Assist in data gathering and entry for invoice generation + Review invoices for completeness and accuracy + Audit new and existing client billing schedules + Maintain client contact and invoice distribution lists + Respond to internal and external invoice inquiries + Upload billing data to Accounting Software + Gather data and compile reports as needed for other Departments + Updates client billing information and schedules in billing application + Assist in monthly and quarterly close process What you'll need: + Accounting degree would be helpful + Billing experience would be a plus + Intermediate Excel experience + Attention to detail Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below.
