RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives and processes all completed work orders ensuring that all cost and revenue are accurately entered. Posts and reviews all customer invoices.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Verifies work order cost and revenue accuracy, correcting when necessary. Follows company’s and customer’s invoicing rules Enters all materials used on work orders into database ensuring the proper stocking locations are relinquished. Posts and reviews all customer invoices and back-up as per customer requirements. Researches and resolves any discrepancies of information received from the field. Contacts Service Managers, Procurement, and technicians to resolve issues with technicians’ paperwork and/or work performed  Monitors un-billed work orders report provided by Assistant Manager daily to ensure all are resolved and posted timely. Follows priorities set up by Assistant Manager. Performs other job-related responsibilities and functions as directed by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required. Exceptional communication, computer, and organizational skills. Exceptional follow-through and follow-up skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, specially Excell Experience with Invoicing is a plus
