Key Responsibilities: + Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and on time. + Process and track payments, account adjustments, and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently. + Maintain detailed billing records to ensure audit compliance and proper reconciliation. + Partner with clients and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries professionally and promptly. + Assist with month-end close and ensure all billing documentation is accurate and complete. + Evaluate and improve billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Requirements + Education: High school diploma required; associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. + Experience: 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus. + Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
