Title and Summary
Billing Support Senior AnalystOverview:We are looking for an all-star Senior Analyst to own our billing support activities. This individual will support all the business process for billing including new customer billing setup, manual billing submissions and billing data reporting and analysis. They will coordinate with Sales, Client Success Managers, Delivery Operations, and GBSC Billing Operations to onboard, update and terminate customers for billing and volume reporting. They will provide billing expertise in discussion of deal terms and pricing as part of the sales process.
Role:
•\tCoordinates with Billing Operations and Business Intelligence to implement billing setup and updates for rates and volumes (e.g. initial customer setup, pricing changes, product set changes, etc.) to support business units and finance teams
•\tCreates and submits manual billing files as needed
•\tAnalyzes and reports on billing data, researches trends, identifies issues and follows up on or identifies resolutions
•\tResponds to inquiries from billing operations, business intelligence and client success managers within a defined Service Level Agreement [SLA]
•\tIdentifies opportunities for process optimization within area of responsibility; coordinates with leadership to implement improvements
•\tMaintains desktop procedures and adheres to controls around revenues; supports collections operations
•\tPerforms routine training to internal teams on billing related topics

•\tExperienced with financial systems and applications (e.g.. Hyperion, Oracle)

•\tExperience managing components of larger projects or leading smaller projects
•\tExperience creating and delivering presentations for internal training events and/or business discussions
•\tExperience building relationships with colleagues from other business units and markets
