The ideal candidate will manage a team of billing specialists, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the billing team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow * Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify and resolve discrepancies * Manage high volume transaction analysis and ensure accurate recording of billing data * Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash balances * Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance * Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction * Train and mentor billing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment * Prepare and present billing reports to senior management
